The Care Team at Petwise has established a Cancellation Policy effective February 1st, 2022, in order to continue offering the highest level of veterinary care to all of our “furry family” members. By providing us advanced notice of cancellation we are able to best accommodate other pet patients. Our appointments are in high demand and our #1 priority is you and your pet!
We bring full-service pet care to your home in Clarkesville, Dawsonville and surrounding areas of northeast Georgia and we want to make sure each pet receives the complete and compassionate care that they deserve. When appointments are scheduled, we reserve that time for your pet to spend with our dedicated team.
Our goal is to provide care to all. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify our team 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee. In doing so, we can offer appointments as they become available to those in need of urgent medical care.
